RETURNS & REFUNDS

We’re so sorry if something didn’t meet your expectations.

At this time, we’re not able to accept returns or provide refunds on orders.

That said, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you. Just email us at info@ecostyle.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in

Our team will review and make sure a replacement gets sent your way as quickly as possible.
