Authorized Reseller Program Policy

If you are approved to be an Eco Style Authorized Reseller, you are approved for the Eco Style brand.

To qualify and remain an Eco Style Authorized Reseller, your business must adhere to this Eco Style Authorized Reseller Policy at all times.

1. Maintain Current Business Information & Disclose All Locations That Carry Eco Style
   Keep company information accurate and up-to-date, and disclose all retail locations carrying Eco Style products throughout your reseller relationship. Qualifying retail locations include physical brick & mortar stores, commerce-enabled websites, or temporary storefronts (events, tradeshows, pop-up stores, etc.).
2. Report Sales Data
   Provide sales information by SKU and approved retail location upon request. Eco Style reserves the right to audit financial statements related to Eco Style sales or business operations to ensure policy compliance.
3. Eco Style’s Trademark & Brand Policy
   Comply with Eco Style’s Trademark & Brand Policy and represent yourself as an Eco Style Authorized Reseller in all online advertising & sales materials. Setting up businesses, registering domain names, or social media usernames containing Eco Style’s trademarks is prohibited. Use only approved marketing materials for all Eco Style products.
4. Eco Style’s Minimum Advertised Price Policy
   Understand and abide by Eco Style’s MAP Policy.
5. Maintain Original Packaging
   Do not alter original Eco Style packaging before reselling products. Removing products from packaging and reselling under a different name or in different packaging is prohibited.

Failure to comply with all terms in Eco Style’s Authorized Reseller Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
